Binimaimó Rose '22
The Merlot grape this wine is made of has again partly been picked early to guarantee the fresh and fruity character. Sumptuous red fruit, elegant mineralty (soft salinity) leaving lingering flavours. Well balanced and full of flavour. Easy drinkable. Muy sobroso !
Binimaimó Rosé '23
Made with our Merlot grapes, which was partly picked at an early stage to keep a slightly more fruity taste. Taste memories of black fruit, elegant mineralty and a long finish. Dense and well balanced. Very easy to drink.

Binimaimó Cabernet Sauvignon '19
A grape with a lot of character, the Cabernet Sauvignon. Intense colour, tannines and aromas. To restrain that power the wine has been in new French oak for more than a year to soften the tannines and acidity.Resulting in a round, well balanced wine with body. Intense noseof forest fruit and herbs. In the mouth blueberry, cassis and balsamic tones.

Binimaimó Merlot '22
The wine has a full, mature, fresh, and tasty palate with earthy and leafy touches. The ripe fruit with pleasant spices from the oak adds to the overall taste. It's a wine that transmits the typical characteristics of the variety and the soil, and it's exciting. The long aftertaste is also a plus.
