Rosé
The Merlot grape this wine is made of has partly been picked early to guarantee the fresh and fruity character. Sumptuous red fruit, elegant mineralty (soft salinity) leaving lingering flavours. Well balanced and full of flavour. Easy drinkable. Muy sobroso!
Sauvignon Blanc
The typical green, fresh Sauvignon notes: grapefruit, gooseberry, green apple, citrus, boxwood, and freshly cut grass. Elegant with fine minerality and a strong whiff of aromatic Mediterranean herbs. A glass of this crisp white wine is all you need on a warm summer day.
Blanc
A complex wine with elegance and finesse. Freshness is provided by its excellent acidity. Notes of pineapple, quince, balsamic, and aromatic herbs are well accompanied by good minerality. It stands out for its density and freshness.
Cabernet Sauvignon
A grape with a lot of character, the Cabernet Sauvignon. Intense color, tannins, and aromas. To restrain that power, the wine has been in new French oak for more than a year to soften the tannins and acidity. The result is a round, well-balanced wine with body. Intense nose of forest fruit and herbs. In the mouth, blueberry, cassis, and balsamic tones.
